Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

Deal Revived is operated by Addil Zubair, trading as SaaS Daily (“we”, “us”). When you use Deal Revived you are contracting with Addil Zubair trading as SaaS Daily. Contact: support@dealrevived.com.

If you use Deal Revived for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. Otherwise you must be at least 18.

2. The service

Deal Revived helps B2B sellers diagnose stalled deals and drafts re-engagement messages for human review. It provides a public browser-only preview, a free account with one AI diagnosis, and a paid Pro subscription. Deal Revived never sends messages on your behalf.

3. Your account

• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Pro subscriptions, payment and cancellation

Pro costs £149 per month or £990 per year (equivalent to £82.50 per month), plus any applicable taxes, and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

You can cancel at any time, without a call, using the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by emailing support@dealrevived.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Deal Revived to:

• break any law, or harass, deceive or defraud anyone;
• send spam, cold mass outreach or automated bulk messages;
• contact people who have asked you to stop;
• generate hateful, abusive or impersonating content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
• upload malware, probe or disrupt our systems, scrape the service, or bypass usage limits or the AI safeguards;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

6. AI output and your responsibilities

Diagnoses, verdicts and drafts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are suggestions, not professional, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for the deal context you enter, for having the right to use it, for checking every output, and for any message you choose to send.

We may remove content, refuse or filter outputs, or restrict accounts that misuse the service. To report content that infringes your rights, email support@dealrevived.com; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

7. Intellectual property

We own Deal Revived, its software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of the deal context you enter and the drafts generated for you. You give us a limited licence to store and process your content only to provide the service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

8. Service level and liability

We work hard to keep Deal Revived available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor that any deal will be recovered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or deals. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. When your account ends, we delete your saved deals and drafts as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes by email.
