1. Who we are

Deal Revived (dealrevived.com) is operated by Addil Zubair, trading as SaaS Daily, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: support@dealrevived.com.

2. Our privacy approach

• No CRM or inbox sync. We never connect to your email, LinkedIn or CRM. We only see what you choose to paste.
• Public preview runs in your browser. The landing-page diagnosis runs on your device; what you type there is not sent to us or stored.
• Private saved deals. Deals and drafts in your account can only be accessed by your account.
• Human in the loop. Nothing is sent to your prospects. You review and send every message yourself.

3. Data we collect and why

• Account data (email, login credentials, name, company, preferred tone): to create and secure your account. Basis: contract.
• Deal content (prospect names, companies, deal values, pasted thread context, generated drafts): to provide the diagnosis and save your work. Basis: contract.
• Subscription status (plan, status, renewal date, Paddle reference IDs): to grant Pro access. Basis: contract.
• Support messages: to answer you. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser details, error logs): for security, fraud prevention and fixing problems. Basis: legitimate interests.

Deal content you enter may include personal data about your prospects. Only enter what you need, and only where you have a lawful reason to process it.

4. Who we share data with

• Service providers for hosting, database, authentication and AI processing. Deal context is sent to our AI provider only when you run a diagnosis, to generate the result.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle collects your payment details directly.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your data or use your deal content for advertising.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep account data and saved deals while your account is active. You can delete individual deals at any time. When you ask us to close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls that restrict each account to its own records, and limited administrative access.

8. Cookies

We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to run the service. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email support@dealrevived.com; we respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
